Some of you may know that one of my passions is sailing. This month I was very fortunate to take a couple of afternoon trips with my son, Matthew, on Back Bay . These days are what make it all worth while. We challenged a couple yachts, made some new friends and managed to get a little wet in the process. It was great!

I hope you are all able to sneak in a little bit of what makes you happy too. It is so important.
