WOW!
New Features |
|||
|
Never Miss a Lead We listened to our clients and added two new features to
Ready Contacts©: Benefit: Send your Sales Lead a personalized message…ALL of them. Feature: Ready Contacts© now includes the ability to send Personalized
Emails using documents created with MS Word. Create your own
content; insert your Contact Name, Company Name, Address and more.
It’s simple! It’s convenient! It’s included! By the way, «First_Name»,
this email was sent using this feature. Benefit: Ready Contacts© automatically tracks new Sales
Leads. Feature: Does «Company_Name»’s
web site provide email when Leads register? What do you do with your
registration emails? Ready Contacts© is now able to AUTOMATICALLY
import those email messages so you won’t loose track of them.
When a message is received a tickler is added to your queue that
prompts you for a series of follow-ups. If the contact is not
already in Ready Contacts© it is created. If the company name is in
the message and not already there, Ready Contacts© will create the
company record too. Better yet; if «Company_Name»
wants to schedule the assignment of new leads to your staff, just
use the new On-Call Scheduler. This may just be the
incentive «Company_Name»
needs to get connected and stay on top of your leads. |

Predicting the Future We've all heard predictions about the future. Sure, sometimes
"experts" are right on target, but check out what they got
wrong! "Computers in the future may weigh no more than 1.5
tons." -- Popular Mechanics, forecasting the relentless march
of science, 1949 "I think there is a world market for maybe five
computers." -- Thomas Watson, chairman of IBM, 1943 "I have traveled the length and breadth of this
country and talked with the best people, and I can assure you that
data processing is a fad that won't last out the year." -- The
editor in charge of business books for Prentice Hall, 1957 "But what ... is it good for?" -- Engineer at
the Advanced Computing Systems Division of IBM, 1968, commenting on
the microchip. "640K ought to be enough for anybody." -- Bill
Gates, 1981 Compliments
