“You
have to have a database…” Hello : Last
week I met with one of the more innovative marketers in the Hampton
Roads area, Arnel Tanyag. His company, Drescher & Tanyag,
coaches organizations through the marketing process using workshops
and one-to-one consulting. Tanyag says: “You
have to have a database to track your leads and clients. Without one
you will never get ahead.” Arnel has worked with several
CRM packages and he tells his clients to “…keep
it simple. Focus
on the audience you know you can win and stay in front of them.
Marketing is about relationship building, not advertising.”
Are you building relationships at your
company? Do you have a plan and the tools you need to execute
it? I
want to thank Arnel for the words of wisdom. I know we will share a
long term friendship and business relationship. Arnel can be reached
at arnel@arneltanyag.com
or (757) 754-6198. Sincerely,

And
then came Google Maps |

Don’t you hate it when… One of the things that I always wanted in Ready Contacts©
was the ability to get instant direction…and now I can. I used to be heading
out to a meeting and printing driving directions at the last minute.
Copying the address and pasting it into MapQuest or Google Maps to
get those directions was just annoying. I always said to myself
“Why can’t I just click a button and get these?” With our latest
feature you can click a button and get exactly what you need.
Additionally, you have all the map view functionality at your
disposal for any contact in Ready
Contacts©. Like everything else in Ready
Contacts©, it’s simple. |

Bill Gates is hanging out with the chairman of General Motors. "If automotive technology had kept pace with
computer technology over the past few decades," boasts Gates,
"you would now be driving a V-32 instead of a V-8, and it would
have a top speed of 10,000 miles per hour." Bill Gates continued, "Or, you could have an economy
car that weighs 30 pounds and gets a thousand miles to a gallon of
gas. In either case, the sticker price of a new car would be less
than $50." Compliments
