Ready Contacts© is designed to SIMPLIFY the task of communicating with current and potential clients. Now available in three versions, pick the one that is right for you.
Ready Contacts© enables users to track client communication and send bulk email including newsletters, coupons and product announcements. Users can also create mail-merge documents to be printed for selected contacts. Contacts can be categorized for ease of selecting. Campaigns can be created with a couple mouse clicks. There is a customizable "Data" tracking tab that allows you to store information related to your business like insurance policies, inventory, birthdays and more.
Users are presented with a queue, listing all Action Items needing attention. This list can be used for creating and updating follow-up dates, mail merged letters or scheduling Outlook activities like tasks and appointments. It is also the list used to create bulk emails (newsletters, coupons, announcements). The list can be filtered by Campaign, Category, Contact Method and Assigned user. The follow-up date can be adjusted also to give you a look into the future if desired. If Actions are added, deleted or modified the list can be reloaded with a single click.
Ready Contacts© also offers a method for storing customizable data. The fields on the "Data" tab are defined by the administrator of the application. The picture below shows a configuration for an insurance agency that is tracking contact policy information. This could be used for tracking birthdays, inventory or other information.
