Access Ready Solutions databases provide multiple layers of security with a password protected login and four standard levels of access:

Administrator - with full access to all menus and screens including administrative screens only available to users at this level.

Creator - with access to most production menus, screens and reports. These users will also have the capacity to add records.

Editor - with access to most productions menus, screens and reports. This user's access can be customized to suit your particular requirements.

Read-Only - with access to select menus, screens and reports. Read-Only users can not create or modify records.
The Add and Delete functions can be made available at the Administrator and Creator levels only.

Custom menus provide access to each screen for tables, data, and reports and for administrative purposes. The comprehensive user guide delivered with each application and accessible from the main menu will explain the function of each field.
By allowing the selection of specific variants, the Custom Report Selector enables you to quickly and easily run individual reports using the criteria relevant to each situation including customer information, status, project dates, and quotation details.

Access Ready Solutions also offers IT Management support for business critical applications with professional resources. Access Ready Solutions works as an extension of your IT department to create and maintain business related tools that will not entail expensive development efforts.
